Mr. Ong Jin Teck |
| Mr. Ong is an Associate member of the Australia Insurance Institute and has 40 years of hands-on insurance experience. He is the CEO of State Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. He also serves as the Honorary Treasurer of the Malaysian Insurance and Takaful Brokers Association (MITBA) and as the Chairman of the Life Committee. Throughout his career, he has worked with many esteemed organizations in a wide variety of industries ranging from financial institution, shipping and logistic/transportation, developers/construction, automobile industry and huge complex projects. He has successfully handled many difficult and complex claims, some of which totaling millions of ringgit. His knowledge, skills and professionalism are highly commendable and recognized by clients many of whom are companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia and even among those in the Insurance industry. |
Mr. Low Pooi Ming |
| Ms. Low is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). She is a Chartered Secretary by profession with more than sixteen years working experience in corporate secretarial work. Pooi Ming is currently a Director of Management Horizons Sdn Bhd. She has been involved in advisory on corporate secretarial requirements including tie-ups with licensed liquidators to carry out all necessary statutory compliance in relation to winding-up proceedings. |

| Mr. Lim is a Certified Financial Planner - CFP Holder and a qualified lawyer having been called to the Malaysian Bar and was attached to Messrs Kean Chte & Sivalingam, one of the most established legal firm in Ipoh. He is currently the General Manager - Group Legal & Operations of Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd, responsible for all legal matters and deputize the CEO on the operations of the Company. He is also the Director of Rockwills Business Solutions Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd. |
